Kristopher Anderson joined the California Chamber of Commerce in August 2024 as a policy advocate specializing in water issues. Before joining the CalChamber, Anderson worked for six years at the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA). As a senior state relations advocate at ACWA, he worked on issues related to water rights, groundwater, water rates, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Endangered Species Act, and more. Anderson is admitted to practice law in the state of California. He earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism at the University of Oregon, and a J.D. from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, where he was a senior articles editor for the Environmental Law and Policy Journal.
