Alexis Rodriguez joined the California Chamber of Commerce in July 2025 as a policy advocate specializing in health care and taxation issues. She joined the CalChamber policy team after serving as manager of state government affairs at Sutter Health, responsible for developing legislation for the Sacramento-based nonprofit integrated health system, directing its lobbyists’ efforts and collaborating on determining the organization’s public policy positions. Rodriguez previously served in a number of roles at the California Medical Association (CMA), rising to the position of legislative advocate.
